		<description>This is weird, the English names of each phase are completely messed up in comparison with the French ones Dr Dukan uses... In French, the phases would be: 1-Attack, 2-Cruise, 3-Consolidation, 4-Stabilization.

Started my Dukan Diet on 28th June and did Attack Phase for 5 days during which time I lost 4lb.
Have been on Cruise Phase since then and had lost another 4lb but over the last 2 days have put on a lb each day when I weighed myself! I have not cheated on the diet at all as I keep a diary of everything I&#039;m eating. I do feel slightly constipated though - does anyone think that this may be the cause of the apparent weight gain? I want to lose about another stone.

		<description>I have a gluten intolerance, and also hyperglycaemia (low blood sugar) and low blood pressure. I have about 3 kilos that id like to loose and have done 2 days of the initial phase. I felt dizzy during the 2nd day and finally had a banana, not realizing that was forbidden! Whats your advice, should i start again, or just continue with the 1PP/1PL? I have a heaped Tblsp of ground flax seed and 1tsp psyllium husks on my youghurt in the mornings, instead of the oat bran as im sure the oat bran is not gluten free. Is this diet worth doing without the oatbran? And also how would you advise me to manage the low blood sugar symptoms with the low carb intake? If i was to have a Tblsp of gluten free muesli in the mornings, how would that affect the results?
